Sydney Water's online service for applications, approvals and diagrams

‍Sydney Water's Tap in is a portal where users can request building plan approvals, purchase service and sewer diagrams, apply for connections / disconnections, and other services that Sydney Water provide.

The redesign of this site included making it fully responsive, UX and user testing, adhering to government stipulated accessibility requirements, and redeveloping Sydney Water’s digital brand guidelines.

The project was very successful, and has led to having the digital styles developed during this project become the foundation of Sydney Water’s new digital branding which will eventually be implemented across all their digital channels.
